Heather Connor Breaks Her Own Unofficial World Record in Training
During her unique cluster set, Heather Connor deadlifted 190 kilograms (418.9 pounds) for a single rep. Her spotters then added more weight to the bar, and she quickly performed a rep with 195 kilograms (430 pounds). This weight was above her current all-time world record of 192.5 kilograms (424.4 pounds) that she set at the 2021 USAPL Raw Nationals. However, this lift was unofficial and not performed during competition.

The weight she lifted during her cluster set was 10 kilograms (22 pounds) more than her previous record.
