The best teams from each region were then placed in their respective regional Semifinals.
Breakdown of the 2023 CrossFit Semifinals for Teams
The 2023 CrossFit Semifinals for Teams will consist of 200 teams, distributed across seven competitions, each with a varying number of participating teams and CrossFit Games qualifying spots. The Semifinals will take place over three consecutive weeks and will be divided into seven competitions.
