- 300 grams Jasmine rice (8g protein, 86g carbs, 0g fat)
- 200 grams Beef sirloin (54g protein, 0g carbs, 28g fat)

- Everything Bagel Seasoning
- Takeout Sauce from Flavor Gang
- White onion
- Green onion
Labrada incorporates Flavor Gang sauces for added seasoning in his culinary creation.
“This is a big secret for making your food taste good, Flavor Gang sauces I can’t say enough good things about these things. It makes my food incredible, it’s good enough that three times in prep I was traveling and ran out and literally made Ross overnight it to my hotel.”
Moreover, for those indulging in white rice regularly, Hunter Labrada recommends using a Zojirushi rice maker for convenience.
“This is another one of those little-known meathead secrets, it’s the Zorirushi hi rice maker. So it is expensive but if you eat white rice five times a day years on end like I do it’s so worth it,” shared Labrada. “It makes rice significantly better than anything I’ve ever had it out of. I’m a big fan of them.”

Previously reliant on liquid calories, Labrada now opts for solid foods, emphasizing a preference for finely chopped meals.
“A really lean cut of beef [sirloin],” said Hunter Labrada. “I’m a big proponent of getting my food as cut up and pre-chewed as possible. I think the last video you all saw me do, I was still drinking a lot of my food. I’m not doing that anymore but still definitely doing what I can to make it as easy to get down as possible, not that appetite is an issue right now.”
Having finely chopped the egg, Labrada savored his high-calorie muscle-building fried rice.
“Dice the egg up pretty fine on top and then I just kind of stir it all up. Like I said at the beginning of the video, it’s kind of like meathead stir fry fried rice.”
“That is one of my go-to high-calorie muscle-building meals.”
Hunter Labrada’s dietary commitment has heightened. In a recent pre-workout nutrition discussion with his father, Lee, they emphasized the importance of simplicity in meal choices before demanding training sessions.
Enthusiasts eagerly anticipate Hunter Labrada’s upcoming bodybuilding competition. Meanwhile, Labrada seems satisfied focusing on offseason size gains, strategically preparing for future challenges.
