Michal Krizo Off-Season Workout : Supplements, Dropsets, and Bodybuilding Influences
Hence, Filmed at the Gou Gym in Prievidza, Slovakia, Krizo initiates the discussion by simplifying his supplement stack, emphasizing a straightforward approach.
“Just this [Hot Blood pre-workout]. It’s pre-workout. This shot is a double dose. You should take half of it before training and the second half during training.
But I take the whole thing before and another one mid-workout. Us big boys, we do it like this. And then also VitarGo during the workout.”
“50 grams during the workout. I already know that half a scoop is about 50 grams and the protein shake after the workout. I don’t have it here now.”
Furthermore, when it comes to dropsets, Krizo clarified that he integrates them into his training routine only when gearing up for a contest.

“I don’t [use dropsets], only in prep. Sometimes. And it’s always just dropset of one exercise per given muscle group,” said Krizo. “Four times right now [is how often I’m training in the off-season]. Less exercise less sets. More talking. I keep talking.”
However, when questioned about his preference for having a training partner or working out alone, Krizo expressed a preference for exercising in solitude with no distractions.
“Alone. Alone. Alone. Only Solo. It’s good sometimes if you wanna talk, but for the training no, training just solo,” said Krizo.
Subsequently, Krizo disclosed his biggest bodybuilding idol from his youth.
Ronnie Coleman.
