Sam Sulek is rapidly gaining recognition in the fitness community, drawing the attention of bodybuilding legends like Ronnie Coleman. Coleman recently took to YouTube to react to Sulek’s impressive lifts and offer insights into his formidable physique.

Ronnie Coleman, renowned for his unparalleled work ethic and determination, secured eight consecutive Mr. Olympia titles from the late ’90s to the early 2000s, tying the record with Lee Haney. His extraordinary strength, evidenced by an 800-pound squat, deadlift, and historic 2,300-pound leg press reps, further solidified his legendary status.

Onstage, Coleman maintained a colossal physique characterized by symmetry and muscle density. To sustain his massive size, he adhered to a rigorous diet, consuming 600 grams of protein daily, with a focus on red meat for muscle growth.

In contrast, Sam Sulek has built a reputation for his unconventional ‘trash diet,’ consisting of gallons of chocolate milk and Krispie Kreme donuts. While this dietary choice has raised questions about his health, Sulek advises fans to take his approach with a grain of salt.

Ronnie Coleman Responds to Sam Sulek’s Workout Regimen

Sam Sulek incorporates a mix of cardio and weight training into his exercise routine. After watching several of Sulek’s videos, Ronnie Coleman sat down to share his thoughts on his impressive lifts.

The video begins with Sam Sulek showcasing various poses in front of the mirror, followed by engaging in cable exercises specifically targeting the triceps.

“Yeah, buddy! Here we go. Another jacked kid coming up. My man is jacked up y’all. Let’s go, Sam. Show me something.

Alright. Working them triceps. Lookin good Sam. Lookin good there buddy. Yeah, that’s what I’m talking about!”

Sam Sulek then moves on to the lat pulldown machine.

“Gotta hit them weights hard and heavy” Ronnie Coleman comments.

During Sam Sulek’s cable curls, Coleman addresses his form, suggesting he may need to make some improvements.

“You got some weight on that bad boy uh huh. Might need to work on the form just a little bit though. You hittin’ it though.”

Continuing with more cable movements, Ronnie Coleman can’t help but acknowledge Sulek’s huge arms.

“Get them arms big Sam. Gotta get them arms big. Yeah, buddy! Let’s go. Let’s go. Let’s go. That’s what I’m talking about. Yeah, buddy! Okay, that’s a little bit too much help but it’s all good. All you Sam, all you. There you go come on.”

“Lightweight baby!
Lightweight. Lightweight!”

“You might as well just put the stack on man you playing with that. There you go, there you go. That’s what’s up. That’s how you get them arms big! Come on. Yeah, buddy! Come on. You gotta get them arms jacked. That’s what I’m talking about yeah, yeah, yeah! Oh yeah. Come on Sam.”

To wrap up the video, Sam Sulek concludes with a posing session in front of the mirror, highlighting his lats. Coleman then shares his impressions of Sulek’s physique and offers insights into areas he believes Sulek could enhance.

“He lookin’ pretty good. Kind of jacked. Once he gets some striation going in there he will be off the chain. He gets them arms just a little bit rounder.

Get some peak on them biceps he will be…Yeah.”

In response to the question of whether he thinks Sulek is natural, Coleman chuckled before providing his answer. He then directly addressed Sulek, inviting him to reach out for a potential meal and workout session together.

“Oh, come on now! There ain’t nothing natural about him except for the hat he got on.”

“Let’s see about me and you getting together and having a meal and maybe a workout. Hit your boy big Ron up and let’s do this. Yeah, buddy!”

Ronnie Coleman isn’t the sole individual questioning the natural status of Sam Sulek. During an episode of the Joe Rogan Experience, podcast host Joe Rogan expressed skepticism, attributing it to what he perceived as the influence of steroids in Sulek’s voice. Rogan holds the belief that bodybuilding at a high level is practically impossible without steroid use.

Sam Sulek continues to follow the methods that work best for him, earning recognition from bodybuilders like Chris Bumstead, who sees him as a rising force in the fitness world. While Sulek’s unconventional approach to diet and training has garnered attention, his potential in professional bodybuilding remains a topic of speculation. For now, fans can keep up with Sulek’s fitness journey on social media.
