How to Catch a Live Streaming of 2024 Arnold-Strongman & Strongwoman Classic
Just like in previous years, both competitions will be broadcast live. The livestream will be available for free to everyone, hosted on Rogue Fitness’ YouTube channel.
While the exact schedule for all events isn’t available yet, some details about the overall schedule have been released. Notably, both men and women will compete in two events on the first day (March 1st), followed by three events on the second day (March 2nd).

- 2:30 p.m. ET: Men’s Rogue Elephant Bar Deadlift

- Saturday (March 2nd)
- 12:00 p.m. ET: Women’s Jeck Stone Carry
- 12:40 p.m. ET: Men’s Dinnie Stone Carry
- 1:20 p.m. ET: Women’s Monster Dumbbell
- 2:00 p.m. ET: Men’s Apollon Wheels
- 2:55 p.m. ET: Women’s Stone Medley

The men’s and women’s competitions will run simultaneously, with each division taking turns performing one event. As in previous years, the Strongwomen will commence the competition and be the first to complete all five events.
In addition to the competition, the livestream will feature live commentary, analysis, interviews with guests from various strength sports, and more. However, please note that the Rogue Record Breakers on March 3rd will not be covered in the livestream this year, unlike previous editions.
