Rhianon Lovelace secured her third consecutive title
Initially, Lovelace faced unexpected hurdles, pressing various weights, including a 155-pound barbell, 93-pound dumbbell, 177-pound Anchor Yoke, and a 128-pound Block. Contrary to expectations, she excelled, securing a commendable second-place finish in this shoulder strength test.
Transitioning to the second event, it distinctly showcased Lovelace’s formidable strength. Remarkably, she carried a 450-pound frame for 50 feet, effortlessly lifting two stones weighing 160 pounds and 135 pounds. Moreover, her outstanding performance, completed in just 31.34 seconds, earned her a well-deserved first-place win.

The third event, featuring progressively heavier deadlifts (335-lb, 365-lb, 405-lb, 455-lb, 490-lb), played to Lovelace’s strengths, given her deadlift prowess. Comfortably winning the event in just 26.46 seconds, she further solidified her lead.

Despite challenges in the fourth event, involving a 43-pound backpack, a 150-pound sand medicine ball, and a sled drag, Lovelace’s earlier successes provided a substantial lead, despite placing 10th in her weight class.

Regaining her winning streak in the Sandbag Toss, Lovelace completed all six bag tosses faster than her competitors.
In the penultimate event, the Atlas Stone run, Lovelace loaded six stones ranging from 150 pounds to 275 pounds onto a platform. While maintaining a steady pace, she secured a second-place finish in the event, knowing her lead was already sufficient for the overall victory.
