Walker’s Unique Appeal
Walker’s entry into the bodybuilding scene was marked by his distinct ‘freak factor’ — a blend of sheer mass and artistry that is unparalleled in the current field. Since those defining moments, Walker’s only trajectory has been upward, refining his physique and solidifying his reputation as a formidable Men’s Open contender.
Past Glories and Future Promises
Reflecting on his journey, 2022 was a significant year for Walker as he clinched the third spot at the Mr. Olympia. The Prognosis from the Veterans
In the run-up to the November 2-5 showdown, several stalwarts from the world of bodybuilding are offering their forecasts. Their analysis, coupled with the buzz in the community, underscores the gravity of the upcoming contest and the electrifying potential it holds.
Nick Walker’s 2023 Olympia Ambitions: An Expert Analysis by Milos Sarcev and Dennis Wolf
A Coach’s Insightful Perspective
In the elite circles of bodybuilding, Milos Sarcev stands out not only for his own accolades but also for his adeptness as a coach. With a client list featuring the likes of Regan Grimes and the current 2023 Arnold Classic champion, Samson Dauda, his insights carry significant heft in the industry.
Sarcev’s Appraisal of Walker’s Quest
As the 2023 Mr. Olympia event looms, Sarcev has provided a thought-provoking assessment of Nick Walker’s prospects. While Walker’s dedication and past performances are undeniable, Sarcev opines that when stacked against formidable competitors like Dauda or Michal Krizo, Walker might face an uphill battle. This nuanced perspective adds another layer to the already electric anticipation surrounding the prestigious competition.
“I’m the president of the Nick Walker hate club. I absolutely love the guy and I always say exactly the same. Listen, bodybuilding is about size, yes, he has a chance there.
Balance… well, he has a problem there. Shape, oops. There’s another problem, then conditioning which he’s great, then presentation, then analyzing weaknesses and all that stuff.
All that being said considering he’s entering the contest against the best in the world that have the size, shape, definition, density, and all that stuff, he’s not favored to win. He can only win by out-freaking people. Then you say he’s one of the biggest. Is he? I mean remove the arms and then look at the rest and then compare. I mean Samson is considerably bigger than him. Michal Kriz right, could get into the conversation” Milos Sarcev Said
Sarcev believes that while Walker’s victory seems unlikely, it’s not entirely out of the question.
“Can Nick Walker win the show? Absolutely. He can bring something crazy. Hard conditioning a fan favorite. You guys from New York you’ve seen what Marcus Ruhl did on stage at the Night of Champions New York Pro, but Markus Ruhl never won the Olympia.”

Dennis Wolf, a seasoned bodybuilder who once contended with luminaries like Jay Cutler, Ronnie Coleman, and Phil Heath, shared his insights regarding Nick Walker’s prospects for the 2023 Mr. Olympia.
“He proves the people wrong. Every time he walks out on the stage he does it. Definitely, I mean, this is a type of physique where you really as a spectator just sitting there in the audience and you ask yourself, ‘What the fuck is that?’
“He is just out-powering everyone but I wouldn’t pick him as an absolute favorite physique to win Mr. Olympia but like I said before, he proves people right every time he is competing. I am very excited for what he’s going to bring on the stage this time.”
“His freakiness. He looks like a freak. He separates him completely from the other guys. So it’s a different picture, visually, he looks like different next to the guys. In some shots… he is overpowering them with his massive muscle mass, great condition but of course he has some issues. He doesn’t look like that nice I would say like the others like Andrew Jacked or so,” added Dennis Wolf.
Despite some skepticism given the depth of talent in the Men’s Open division, Nick Walker’s history of significant progress and resilience in fierce contests cannot be overlooked. Milos Sarcev acknowledges this, emphasizing that Walker possesses the potential to ‘astound many.’
“Nick always delivers. Shocks people. I didn’t think he was going to win the New York back in the day and especially going into the Arnold Classic [2021] I didn’t think he stood a chance. As soon as he stepped on stage he was the winner in 13 seconds.”
“He was just the crystal clear winner,” added Sarcev.
“Then he was top three in the world I mean at the Olympia, so he is that close. So everything that I’m saying here you have to take with a grain of salt. He has a crazy back double biceps.”
Dennis Wolf echoes Sarcev’s sentiments, positing that Nick Walker has the potential to surprise the judges. He believes Walker’s unique physique sets him apart from the rest, possibly propelling him to the top spot.
“He has to out-freak everyone [to win 2023 Olympia]. His greatest point is the condition. He’s so crispy crisp so dry, you know with his freaky structure, he’s delivering,” added Dennis Wolf.
“He’s shocking the audience and probably the judges because it’s something different than we’re used to looking at.”
