Event 1 — Max Squat
Kicking off the 2024 Middle East’s Strongest Man competition, participants confronted a pivotal strength challenge: the squat. Also, this particular event featured a distinctive twist, utilizing a buffalo barbell and substituting weight plates with wagon wheels. Moreover, the objective: execute the heaviest squat possible.
In addition, in this demanding start, Stephen Wamalwa claimed victory by executing an impressive 350-kilogram (771.6-pound) squat. Notably, outshining the competition, he secured a 10-kilogram (22-pound) lead over Leontiy Miroshnik. Notably, both athletes exhibited superior performance compared to their counterparts.
Also, Fadi El Masri secured the third position, standing as the sole competitor to achieve a 300-kilogram squat, showcasing his strength and determination in the challenging event.

In the second event of the 2024 Middle East’s Strongest Man, competitors faced a rapid overhead pressing challenge involving four implements. The weights included:

- Axle: 120-kg (264.6-lb)
- Barbell: 140-kg (308.6-lb)
- Log: 160-kg (352.7-lb)
While no one successfully lifted the fourth implement, several athletes managed to lift three. Moreover, Jerome Pever emerged as the quickest, completing the task in an impressive 20 seconds.
Also, Stephen Wamalwa and Leontiy Miroshnik engaged in a closely contested battle for second place, with only seconds separating their performances. Ultimately, Stephen secured the advantage, completing the three implements in 38 seconds.

In the third event of the 2024 Middle East’s Strongest Man competition, athletes faced a challenging task: covering as much distance as possible within 60 seconds with a 420-kg (925.9-lb) Yoke. However, the only constraint was the time cap; athletes could drop and pick up the Yoke during the allotted time.
Additionally, Fadi El Masri dominated the Super Yoke event, impressively carrying nearly half a ton on his back. In the 60-second timeframe, Fadi covered a remarkable 24.7 meters, securing maximum points.
Furthermore, Stephen Wamalwa secured second place, covering a total distance of 13.7 meters, while Leontiy Miroshnik claimed the third spot, just two meters behind Stephen.

Event 4 — Sandbag Toss

Fadi El Masri secured his second consecutive win, positioning himself as the front-runner for the title. Also, he was the lone athlete to successfully toss all five sandbags, accomplishing the feat in 70 seconds.
Additionally, Leontiy Miroshnik claimed second place, completing four bags, while Jerome Pever secured the third spot with one bag less than Leontiy.

Moreover, despite finishing last in the fourth event, Stephen Wamalwa made a strong comeback, winning the final competition by holding the implements for an impressive 39 seconds. Notably, Jerome Pever followed closely and showcasing formidable grip strength with a 36-second hold, securing second place. Also, Fadi El Masri rounded out the top three, reaching the 30-second mark and claiming third place.
