Victoria Long Takes the Crown at the 2023 Arnold Strongwoman Classic
Long’s perfect Day Two performance earned her the crown as she swept all three events.

Victoria Long’s stunning performance on the second day of the 2023 Arnold Strongwoman Classic left spectators in awe. Despite a disappointing Day One, Long made a comeback on Day Two, sweeping all three events and breaking the world record in the Elephant Bar Deadlift, which earned her the crown.

Victoria Long’s Performance at the 2023 Arnold Strongwoman Classic: Event Results
- Event One — Wheel of Pain | Seventh Place, 14.33 meters (47.o1 feet)
- Event Two — The American Oak | Fourth Place, Two Reps (w/122 kilograms)
- Event Three — Elephant Bar Deadlift | 295 kilograms (651 pounds) — New World Record
- Event Four — Steintossen Stone Throw | First Place, 3.31 meters (10.86 feet)
- Event Five — Timber Frame Carry | First Place, 6.36 seconds
Despite finishing in seventh place in the Wheel of Pain during the first event of the 2023 Arnold Strongwoman Classic, Victoria Long managed to turn her performance around. On the first day of competition, Long ended the day with a fourth-place finish, and she didn’t look back.
On Day Two of the competition, Victoria Long was in top form. She won all three events, solidifying her victory at the 2023 Arnold Strongwoman Classic. Her performance in the Elephant Bar Deadlift was especially impressive, as she broke the previous world record of 641 pounds, set by Tamara Walcott, by 10 pounds.
In the Steintossen Stone Throw event, Victoria Long was the only competitor to throw the stone over 10 feet. No other strongwoman was able to toss the stone over nine feet. Long’s final distance was closer to 11 feet than to 10.
In the final event, Timber Frame Carry, Long had to beat Olga Liashchuk by at least two ranks to secure the title. Long put in a tremendous effort and completed the carry in just under 7 seconds, one of only two heats to come in under 7 seconds. Her impressive performance secured her the championship title.
