Bodybuilder Sam Sulek is preparing for a massive 2026 season — one that will feature not one, but two 2026 Arnold Classic appearances. After earning his IFBB Pro Card at the 2025 Arnold Amateur, Sulek has now officially set his sights on the 2026 Arnold Classic in Ohio and the Arnold Classic UK, scheduled just three weeks apart.

The news came directly from his coach, Hany Rambod, who shared the announcement on social media earlier this week.

“I just got a piece of news that I would like to share with you guys. Speaking of the Arnold Classic that’s coming up, Sam Sulek has not only decided to do the Arnold Classic in Ohio but also in the UK. Those shows are three weeks apart.”

Sulek’s rapid rise has been nothing short of remarkable. Earlier this year, he dominated the 2025 Legends Classic in Las Vegas — his first-ever bodybuilding appearance — before capturing gold at the Arnold Amateur in Columbus, Ohio. That win earned him his long-awaited IFBB Pro Card in the Classic Physique division.

Before stepping on stage, Sulek had already built one of the largest fan bases in the fitness world. His combination of old-school training intensity and unfiltered personality turned him into a viral figure. But now, he’s translating that internet fame into real competitive momentum.

“It won’t be so tight for the Pro weight cap, but if I ever outgrew it, that’s fine by me. I’ll just move up. Why compete with the guys that are 280 if I’m only going to be at 230? It doesn’t make any sense. Give it some time.”
