In a recent YouTube video, Terry took strongman brothers Luke and Tom Stoltman on a tour of his opulent $5-million gym in Nottinghamshire, England. Furthermore, the facility features lavish amenities, a fully-equipped cardio station, and a dedicated strength/conditioning room.
Earning the prestigious title after nine attempts, Terry displayed a winning combination of dryness and shape on the Olympia stage. Moreover, his victory over established figures like former Olympia winner Erin Banks, three-time titleholder Brandon Hendrickson, and four-time kingpin Jeremy Buendia marked a significant milestone in his career.

Ryan Terry Extends Invitation to Stoltman Brothers for Exclusive Tour of His $5-Million Gym
During the tour, Terry highlights the gym’s features, including a coffee shop and hair salon.
“Barista coffee, we roast our own beans. We got RT’s roasted coffee. Posh up,” said Terry. “It’s just like a one-stop shop, a community area where everyone can chill and get to know each other.”
“We’ve got a hair salon in there, a boutique kind of hair salon, we’re just trying to get it where everyone can come and get everything done. We’ve got EMT and cryotherapy in there, electromagnetic therapy, and chryo. We’ve got deep tissue sports massage going in here and we’ve got sports rehabilitation here.”
Continuing the tour, Terry provides a sneak peek into the cardio room, showcasing its amenities, including spin bikes.
“We’ve got loads of different [light] settings. We’re trying to cater for basically everybody,” said Terry. “A lot of people thought this gym was just bodybuilding, but we got the power, for powerlifting we have dancer-size aerobics, yoga, spin, everything in here.”
Regarding the gym floor, Terry clarified that it is divided into sections, each dedicated to working out specific body parts.
“We’ve got a cardio section here. Behind you we’ve got all the primal pin-loaded stuff so if you’re feeling really confident on plate-loaded you can just come in this area and you’re away. We’ve got the core section over here and we’ve got like the functional section down here as well. We’re going to be doing strength and conditioning classes from ex-marines to do classes.”
“We’ve got the plate-loaded section, so each section is a different muscle part, you got legs, we obviously got chest here, we got a combination of all the new equipment from Primal. Back, power racks, and then we’ll show you the dumbbells. We got like two and a half kg up to 80 kg.”

Alongside the array of amenities, Terry noted the presence of a running track designed specifically for Crossfitters. Moreover, true to Terry’s style, the gym also features a designated area for posing.
“We got the posing room here,” shared Terry. “Anabolic lighting.”
Transitioning to recovery, Terry emphasized the importance of ‘contrast therapy’ in his fitness regimen.
“Contrast therapy, hot and cold therapy, and you can hire this out for the hour.”
