Ronnie Coleman is a name that resonates with bodybuilding enthusiasts worldwide. He is regarded as one of the greatest bodybuilders of all time, having presented a jacked package with freakish muscle mass, size, and conditioning in the Men’s Open division. Coleman made a name for himself with his brutally heavy workouts and went on a dominant run, winning eight Sandow trophies against the likes of four-time champ Jay Cutler, Flex Wheeler, Chris Cormier, and Kevin Levrone.

However, Coleman’s intense training eventually led to a string of injuries, including multiple back surgeries, and difficulty walking properly. Nevertheless, he recently credited stem cell treatment for helping him recover from his injuries earlier this year. Despite the challenges, Coleman continues to be a prominent figure in the bodybuilding world.

Coleman’s Reaction to Brian Shaw’s Impressive Strongman Lifts

Following the retirement of Strongman legend Brian Shaw, Coleman shared his reaction to some of Shaw’s most impressive lifts on YouTube. Shaw is known for his incredible feats of strength, and Coleman was stunned by the weight he lifted during his career.

In a video posted on YouTube, Coleman watched some of Shaw’s most impressive lifts and commented on his performance. As he witnessed Shaw effortlessly lift thousands of pounds, Coleman exclaimed, “Make the thousand pounds look like a hundred pounds.” Shaw’s impressive performances have earned him the title of one of the greatest strongmen of all time, and Coleman’s admiration for Shaw’s feats is evident in the video.

Coleman’s Workout with Jesse James West

In a powerlifting style workout a few months ago, Coleman joined social media fitness sensation Jesse James West. West pranked Coleman by using fake weights to exaggerate his lifts. During the workout, Coleman conceded that he was stunned to see West seemingly lift 700 pounds on the squat with ease.

Coleman’s participation in the workout with West shows that he continues to have a passion for weightlifting and fitness. Despite his injuries and difficulties, Coleman remains a prominent figure in the fitness industry.

Coleman’s Recovery with Stem Cell Treatment

Coleman has been vocal about his struggles with injuries throughout his career. He required multiple back surgeries and had trouble walking properly due to the strain on his body from weightlifting. However, after undergoing stem cell treatment earlier this year, Coleman has credited the therapy with helping him recover from his injuries.

Stem cell therapy is a regenerative treatment that can help reduce inflammation and promote tissue repair. The treatment involves injecting stem cells into the injured area to promote healing. Coleman’s positive experience with stem cell treatment is encouraging for those in the fitness community who may be struggling with injuries. His advocacy for the treatment highlights its potential benefits for those who engage in intense physical activities.

In an interview last month, Coleman credited fellow legend Flex Wheeler for his immense success in the sport. He revealed that Wheeler connected him to prolific bodybuilding guru Chad Nicholls, who led him to his first Mr. Olympia victory. The support from both Wheeler and Nicholls was crucial to Coleman’s career, and he paid tribute to their contributions to his achievements.

Commenting on one of Shaw’s lifts, Coleman started by highlighting the athlete’s impressive form during the Tire Carry event.

In another clip, Coleman watched in amazement as Shaw deadlifted around 980 pounds (444.5 kg) at the 2016 Arnold Strongman Classic. The following clip showed Shaw performing a lower body exercise with what appeared to be great ease.

“That was easy, lightweight. Go ahead and put another 45, 50 pounds on there.”
