Michal ‘Krizo’ Krizanek, hailing from Slovakia, embodies the spirit of the new generation in bodybuilding. Transitioning from the IFBB Elite Pro League to the NPC in 2021, Krizo displayed his prowess with a resounding victory at the 2022 Amateur Olympia Italy. However, the path wasn’t devoid of hurdles. Barbell Wide-Grip Upright Rows
