In a vivid demonstration of shared prowess and commitment, Larry Wheels and Vladislava Galagan convened for a rigorous training shoulder session. Furthermore, their latest endeavor unfolded within the renowned Binous Gym, situated in the bustling metropolis of Dubai. Here, amidst the vibrant atmosphere and state-of-the-art equipment, the duo embarked on an intense regimen focused on sculpting their shoulders with precision and dedication.

“Today, I will do the workout with Larry Wheels. It was kind of last-minute, but today, we’re going to do shoulders. It will be approximately one hour of training,” shares Vladislava Galagan.

Additionally, Larry Wheels is a well-known figure in fitness, dabbling in powerlifting, strongman contests, arm wrestling, and bodybuilding. Furthermore, he’s transparent about his life, including his experiences with performance-enhancing drugs.

Vladislava Galagan, dubbed the ‘Kendall Jenner of Bodybuilding,‘ has also gained fame. Moreover, her muscular yet feminine physique has brought her commercial success, earning up to $10,000 monthly on OnlyFans after going viral.

Larry Wheels and Vladislava Galagan had Intense Shoulder Session in Dubai

Explore their workout routine:

  • Seated Dumbbell Shoulder Press — 1 warm-up set, 3 working sets
  • Barbell Upright Row — 1 warm-up set  3 sets 8-10 reps
  • Dumbbell Lateral Raise — 1 warm-up set 3 sets 5-7 reps or to failure

Wheels and Galagan Kick Off with Heavy Seated Dumbbell Shoulder Presses.

“We’re going to start with what I’m very happy to hear which is her suggestion, her workout, dumbbell shoulder press. And I’d say we go to the main room because here they only go up to 100 kilograms and that’s not enough. They only go up to about 40-50 kilograms here. I want to go a little bit heavier and then I’ll let you take the lead from there.”

“So, shoulder press, we will do three sets,” says Galagan.

“We’ll get a nice big shoulder pump, it’s going to look crazy,” respondsWheels.

During Rest Periods, Wheels Discusses Impact of Size on Mobility.

“Well, enjoy it while you can, the bigger you get the less mobility you get,” shares Wheels. “We don’t do partial reps here.”

Barbell Upright Row

Galagan proceeded with barbell upright rows, a testament to her commitment to varied and effective training techniques. Meanwhile, Wheels, reflecting on their earlier heavy seated dumbbell shoulder presses, emphasized a shift in focus. Also, for him, the initial exertion alleviated the pressure of lifting heavy weights throughout the rest of the session.

“My shoulders are not used to doing this movement,” explains Wheels.

“After the very first exercise, which is the heavy compound movement. I tend to not worry about weight anymore and just worry about form and function. Getting the mind-muscle connection, a good contraction. The first exercise is important for me to build strength and dense muscle.”

“After that, I like to use much lighter weight and just get a good pump.”

Dumbbell Lateral Raise

During a break in the dumbbell lateral raises, Wheels shared his technique. He emphasized keeping elbows high and scapulae retracted for optimal results.

“The more anabolic you are, the more capped off your delts and traps get. That’s the first thing that responds,” says Wheels. “Elbows need to stay high, stay tall, if you’re going too heavy you’ll look like this [leaning forward] traps come up, I try to keep the scapular retracted especially and do the side raises that way it disengages the traps.”

Larry Wheels and Vladislava Galagan have teamed up for training sessions in the past. During these sessions, they’ve worked on shoulders while openly discussing their experiences with steroids and their rise to social media prominence.

As highly influential figures in the fitness world, their training sessions are always captivating to watch. Despite sticking to just three exercises, they emphasize the importance of mind-muscle connection and achieving proper contractions.
