Bodybuilder and fitness personality Chuck “Kali Muscle” Kirkendall faces alarming health news, as Dr. Elkins reveals a heightened risk of ‘sudden death.’ In a recent YouTube video, Kali Muscle discloses Dr. Elkins’ warning based on an out-of-range ejection fraction.

“I’m about to go draw some blood. You know during the pineapple fast and all these fasts people are always asking to see bloodwork so we go do a whole host of things to keep track of nutrients and the balance of the body and things of that nature,” shares Kali Muscle.

Preparing for a blood draw, Kali Muscle reflects on his fasting experiences and the curiosity surrounding his bloodwork. Amid unconventional diet challenges, he notes the continuous efforts to monitor nutrients and maintain bodily balance.

Visualize the heart as a potent pump propelling blood through the body. The ejection fraction gauges this pump’s efficiency, measuring the percentage of blood expelled with each contraction. Kali Muscle’s 25% falls below the normal 55% to 65%, elevating the risk of sudden death.

Having survived a near-fatal heart attack in 2021, Kali Muscle transitioned from bodybuilder to fitness influencer. Despite tackling diet and fasting challenges, he now confronts the critical revelation from his recent doctor visit.

Dr. Elkins, a holistic medical professional, discussed Kali Muscle’s ‘far from conventional’ diets, revealing he’s at ‘high risk of sudden death.’

During the meeting, Kali Muscle underwent procedures, including a blood draw, blood pressure test, and an ejection fraction assessment.

“He’s not no pill pusher. He had two heart attacks,” said Kali Muscle.

Kali Muscle, famed for unique diets, lost 14 pounds in two weeks, notably with watermelon fasting.

“14 pounds in two days. [183.8]”

Additionally, Kali Muscle suggests followers benefit from online personalities guiding them through diets and fitness trends.

“When I do these fasts and these things that outside the box to the world, I’m doing it to track so this could be used in the future.

That’s why people like Brian Johnson if y’all don’t know him that’s why he spends a lot of money on test and doing research so he could share it with other people. Guys like us should be thankful we’re doing this type of stuff.”

Furthermore, Dr. Elkins delivered concerning news, stating Kali Muscle’s ejection fraction is at 25%, below the normal range of 55% to 65%. The doctor expressed worry about potential misinformation to teenagers through Kali Muscle’s online content.

“Got 104/72 for your blood pressure,” saidthe doctor.

“I’m going to tell you straight, your heart , your ejection fraction is about 25%, normally it’s 55% to 65% so you’re at high risk for sudden death.

I really like all the marketing your doing on Facebook, Instagram, but the reason I don’t answer it is I don’t trust it, I don’t believe it. You’re giving as a non-doctor a lot of advice to people to maybe teenagers.”
Kirkendall doesn’t believe he is offering advice to his fanbase.

“I’m not giving advice. I’m just saying what I’m doing,” said Muscle.

Moreover, Dr. Elkins found Kali Muscle’s dietary choices ‘far from conventional,’ highlighting that if he had a healthy heart, he would have ‘some room to work with.’

“But it’s not — it’s far from the conventional, far from the conventional. It’s not that I value what you do for yourself but it’s far from the conventional which is okay but if you had a healthy heart you’d have some room to work with.”

Bodybuilders’ premature deaths, including Cedric McMillan, prompt Kali Muscle to highlight dangers surpassing benefits in bodybuilding.
