“Stiff-legged deadlifts, I’m going to do at least three sets here. I’m going to start with 60 pounds, 65 pounds, how’s that?” said Cutler. “A lot of days we’ve been here Dave. A lot of training at Gold’s Gym. Got a good pump already.”

“Alright, we’re just going to do two sets of this one-leg curl, going to focus on 12 reps for each leg.”

“Get the blood going a little bit. I’m going to start with 90, not very much weight,” said Cutler. “Wow, that hurt.”

“Remember, I’m not counting [reps]. Every workout has been a little different since I cut back the volume. I’m kind of just going by what I feel. For me, we always say every day, as a bodybuilder you got to make those adjustments based on how tired we are.”
“We’re starting with three and a quarter [plates], how’s that?” Cutler shared. “Easy work bro, easy shit,”
Machine Leg press

“A lot of variations of this so the reps are kind of short, constant tension. I don’t know how many I did. I feel great, I feel good. Good pump. I’m judging all the workouts by the pump.”
