Cydney Gillon will make history once again. Furthermore, Cydney Gillon an eight-time Figure Olympia champion is set to be inducted into the International Sports Hall of Fame (ISHOF). In fact, she was the first athlete named to the 2025 class. Dr. Robert Goldman, founder of ISHOF, confirmed her selection earlier this week.
More importantly, Gillon is the first Figure Olympia winner to receive this honor. Until now, only Ms. Olympia champions from the bodybuilding category had been included. Notably, she is also the first reigning Olympia champion from any division to join the Hall. Even though she has committed to retirement, her reign won’t officially end until the 2025 Olympia crowns a new Figure champion.
“Eight-time Ms. Olympia Figure Champion Cydney Gillon is being inducted into the International Sports Hall of Fame, led by Dr. Robert Goldman. As the only woman with eight consecutive titles, she joins Corey Everson and Lenda Murray as the third Ms. Olympia Champion in the Hall of Fame.”
Since its founding in 2012, ISHOF has celebrated legends in the sport. For example, Arnold Schwarzenegger, Franco Columbu, and Lee Haney are all past inductees. Additionally, Ronnie Coleman, Jay Cutler, and 2024 honoree Phil Heath have also been honored. Now, with Gillon joining their ranks, she cements her legacy as one of the sport’s most dominant and decorated champions.

Cydney Gillon Earns Spot in International Sports Hall of Fame
Eight-time Figure Olympia champion Cydney Gillon has been officially named to the International Sports Hall of Fame (ISHOF). Notably, she stands as the first confirmed inductee for the Class of 2025. As a result, this recognition highlights both her stellar career and impact beyond competition.
“The Hall of Fame celebrates their athletic achievements and emphasizes their post-career contributions to society. Inductees are recognized for their charitable endeavors and dedication to mentoring young people.”
Moreover, Gillon holds the record for the most Figure Olympia titles. In addition, she is a two-time Figure International champion, including winning the final edition in 2022. Consequently, after her 2024 Olympia victory, she announced her retirement onstage in Las Vegas.

Before her bodybuilding success, Gillon gained wider attention on Survivor: Kaôh Rōng in 2016. Also, she competed in track for the University of Pennsylvania from 2010 to 2014. Therefore, these early achievements helped shape her competitive drive.
Since retiring, Gillon has remained active in the fitness industry. Furthermore, she runs several businesses and co-promotes the Triple O Dynasty bodybuilding event. Importantly, her partner in this venture is five-time Ms. Olympia Andrea Shaw.
Finally, Gillon has yet to respond publicly to her Hall of Fame induction. Meanwhile, the remainder of the 2025 ISHOF class is expected to be announced later this year. Thus, the formal induction ceremony is scheduled for October 11 during Olympia Weekend in Las Vegas.
