Christina Bitner, a Women’s Physique bodybuilder and rising voice in fitness, has dies at the age of 41. According to her obituary, she passed away suddenly. No cause of death has been made public. Furthermore, she lived in San Antonio, Texas, with her husband, Brent, and their children.
Bitner was both an athlete and a motivator. Her presence on stage was matched by her impact online. She had nearly 100,000 followers on Instagram, where she inspired a community with her training and message.
She discovered bodybuilding later in life. Still, she quickly found her place in the IFBB Pro League, rising through the ranks with consistent performances.

Christina Bitner, Women’s Physique Pro, Dies at 41
Bitner made her debut in 2019. That season, she competed at the Puerto Rico Pro, finishing fourth. Later, she earned eighth place at the Atlantic Coast Masters Pro.
In 2020, she returned with standout performances. She placed fourth again, this time at the Tampa Pro. She followed it with an appearance at the New York Pro, one of the most competitive shows of the year.

In 2021, Bitner competed in the Puerto Rico Pro once again, before capping off the season at the Europa Phoenix Pro. Throughout her career, she worked with elite coach John Jewett.
Though known for her physique, Bitner’s deeper strength came from her role as a mentor. She trained others, offered guidance, and helped people reshape their lives.
“She inspired countless women to find strength, both physical and emotional, and was always willing to offer guidance, support, or simply a word of motivation to those following in her footsteps.”
