“Have a go at this upper body session!! Hitting back, chest, shoulders, and triceps @centrfit,” he wrote.

Hemsworth enthusiastically instructed his followers. His rapid-fire routine comprised of the following exercises:

Warm-up:

  • Ball slams – 10 repetitions
  • 30 seconds of rest – repeat for 4 sets

Superset:

  • Bent over rows (both left and right) – 10 repetitions each
  • Push-ups – 15 repetitions
  • Rest for 60 seconds – repeat for a total of 4 sets

Triset:

  • Renegade row (both left and right) – 8 repetitions each
  • Lateral raise – 8 repetitions
  • Tricep push down – 10 repetitions
  • Rest for 60 seconds – repeat for a total of 4 sets

Last month, Hemsworth provided fans with insight into a rigorous full-body workout routine he uses to combat jet lag after a 12-hour flight to LA.

The Marvel superstar also had the opportunity to train alongside the legendary bodybuilder, Arnold Schwarzenegger, during a Netflix fan event in Brazil. Schwarzenegger, a seven-time Mr. Olympia, commended Hemsworth’s impressive pump and muscular development.
