The Wheelchair Olympia, added to the annual Olympia in 2018, quickly became a cornerstone of the competition. As the sixth men’s division and 10th overall, it introduced a new dimension to the event. Since then, it has not only grown in prestige but also inspired a new generation of athletes. However, in 2023, Karol Milewski broke Kelley’s winning streak. That year, Milewski became the first athlete to defeat Kelley on the Olympia stage. As a result, he remains the only challenger to have toppled Kelley, making his win all the more significant.

The Inaugural Champion (2018–2022, 2024)
In 2018, the Wheelchair division earned its place on the Olympia stage for the first time. At this event, Harold Kelley rose to the occasion, capturing the title in front of a captivated audience. Importantly, the Orleans Arena in Las Vegas hosted this landmark event.
Over the next four years, Kelley dominated the division. Indeed, he consistently outperformed his competitors and raised the standard for wheelchair bodybuilding.

For the first Wheelchair Olympia, Kelley faced stiff competition. Even though Anand Arnold and Ludovic Marchand challenged him, Kelley emerged victorious. Moreover, fans were moved by the grit and determination on display.
In 2019, Kelley returned to defend his title. Although Gabriele Andriulli and Kris Dim brought strong performances, Kelley’s unmatched conditioning secured another victory.

Moreover, heading into 2020, the pandemic created uncertainty around the event. Nevertheless, Olympia organizers relocated the contest to Orlando, ensuring the competition went on.

Despite the global challenges, Kelley proved his resilience. Unsurprisingly, he defended his title for the third consecutive year. Once again, Antoni Khadraoui and Adelfo Cerame Jr. completed the podium.
By 2021, Kelley’s dominance seemed unshakable. Once more, he entered the Olympia as the clear favorite and left with his fourth straight victory.
2021 – Orange County Convention Center, Orlando, FL

For the fourth time, Kelley claimed the top spot in the Wheelchair Olympia. Meanwhile, Andriulli once again finished second, followed by Khadraoui in third. Clearly, Kelley’s reign remained unchallenged.
In 2022, however, fans witnessed a rare slip from Kelley. Earlier that year, Andriulli defeated him at the Arnold Classic, raising doubts about Kelley’s unbeatable streak.
2022 – The Venetian, Las Vegas, NV

At the Olympia, Kelley silenced those doubts. Indeed, he returned to peak form and reclaimed his title. Meanwhile,Andriulli and Khadraoui once again settled for second and third, respectively.

Karol Milewski — 2023
A Shocking Upset
In 2023, Karol Milewski shocked the bodybuilding world. For the first time, Kelley was defeated on the Olympia stage.
On this occasion, Milewski brought his best-ever conditioning, while Kelley struggled to match his previous form. As a result, judges awarded the title to Milewski, making him the second champion in the division’s history.

Harold Kelley — 2024
A Triumphant Comeback
The 2024 Wheelchair Olympia brought unprecedented excitement. With 12 competitors, it was the largest lineup in the division’s history.
Furthermore, this time, Kelley was ready. Also, not only did he return in top form, but he also regained his title with a dominant performance, securing his sixth Olympia victory. In addition, Kevin Secundino placed second, while Milewski fell to third.
