Amanda’s approach to food is about balance rather than restriction.

As she once told Top Sante, “Life is too short to be strict. Life is for living, so I believe in everything in moderation.” Holden admits to enjoying all foods and drinks, even full-fat dairy products, a testament to her belief in not depriving herself of her cravings.

Prioritizes Hydration

Despite her occasional indulgence in wine, Amanda emphasizes the importance of staying hydrated.

Speaking to the Daily Mail, she said, “I counteract this by drinking a lot of water as I know it’s good for my body and soul.” This practice evidently contributes to her radiant skin.

Practices Yoga Regularly

Amanda credits Kundalini yoga for rebuilding her strength following her daughter Hollie’s birth.

As she shared, “Kundalini yoga is all about breathwork, so I took it on to build my strength. A lot of people advised me to do it for calmness, too. I don’t really sit still, I’m always on the go.”
