The 2026 Arnold Strongwoman Classic Results are in as competition took place on March 6–7 and featured ten elite athletes competing across six demanding events. Each challenge tested different aspects of strength, endurance, and technique.

Meanwhile, the opening day ended with Olga Liashchuk and Angelica Jardine tied for first place with 25 points. At the same time, Lucy Underdown delivered one of the biggest highlights by setting a new Elephant Bar Deadlift world record.

Ultimately, the championship came down to the final event. Liashchuk finished second in Ramp Rage and overtook Jardine in the standings to capture the overall victory.

2026 Arnold Strongwoman Classic Final Results

The final standings reflected just how close the competition became by the end of the weekend. Only a few points separated the top three athletes.

Next, Olga Liashchuk used steady performances across all six events to secure the championship. Her consistency proved crucial in a field filled with specialists and event winners.

Finally, Inez Carrasquillo and Angelica Jardine rounded out the podium after strong showings across multiple events.

Event Four — Stone Drag

The second day began with the Stone Drag, a brutal event combining strength, endurance, and speed. Athletes had to carry two stones totaling 425.8 pounds, load them onto a sled, and drag the sled across the course.

Next, Angelica Jardine delivered one of the fastest performances of the contest. She carried both stones at once and completed the course in 49.12 seconds, securing the event win.

Meanwhile, Lucy Underdown and Olga Liashchuk followed with strong finishes. Their placements kept the overall standings extremely tight heading into the final two events.

Event Five — American Oak

Next, competitors moved into the American Oak, a heavy log press event using a 269-pound log. Athletes had to complete as many repetitions as possible within the allotted time.

First, Inez Carrasquillo dominated the event with an impressive six repetitions. Her performance showcased elite overhead power and earned her the event victory.

Meanwhile, Angelica Jardine and Olga Liashchuk each completed five reps, tying for second place. Their efforts ensured the title race would remain wide open heading into the final event.

Event Six — Ramp Rage

Finally, the competition concluded with Ramp Rage, one of the most dramatic events in the lineup. Athletes carried sandbags weighing 200, 220, and 240 pounds up a steep ramp.

First, Inez Carrasquillo delivered the fastest run of the event. She finished the course in 35.67 seconds, securing another event win.

Next, Olga Liashchuk crossed the line in 38.92 seconds, placing second. At that moment, the championship outcome depended on Angelica Jardine’s finish.

Meanwhile, Jardine finished sixth in the event. That result allowed Liashchuk to move ahead in the final standings and claim the Arnold Strongwoman Classic title.

Day One Event Results

The opening day featured three events that quickly established the early contenders. The leaderboard shifted multiple times as athletes traded strong performances.

Next, Lucy Underdown produced one of the most memorable moments of the competition. She lifted 701 pounds on the Elephant Bar Deadlift, setting a new world record.

Finally, the Dumbbell Challenge and Stone-to-Shoulder events helped shape the early standings before the competition moved into the decisive second day.

Event One — Elephant Bar Deadlift

The competition opened with the Elephant Bar Deadlift, a signature Arnold event that challenges athletes to lift massive weights with a longer barbell that bends significantly under heavy loads. Each competitor received three attempts to establish their one-rep max.

Next, Lucy Underdown once again demonstrated why she is considered one of the greatest deadlifters in strongwoman history. She lifted 701 pounds (318 kilograms) to win the event and set a new world record. After the lift, Underdown stated that she still had more strength left and intends to push the record even higher in the future.

Meanwhile, Jennifer Lyle delivered one of the biggest surprises of the event. She briefly broke the world record with a 681-pound (308.9-kilogram) lift before Underdown reclaimed the mark. Olga Liashchuk rounded out the top three with a 621-pound (281.7-kilogram) deadlift.

Event Two — Dumbbell Challenge

Next, the athletes faced the Dumbbell Challenge, which required them to overhead press increasingly heavy dumbbells. Competitors could choose which weight to attempt, but heavier lifts ranked above any number of repetitions performed with lighter implements.

First, Inez Carrasquillo delivered the strongest performance of the event. She successfully pressed the 195-pound (88.5-kilogram) dumbbell, becoming the only athlete to lift that weight. Her impressive overhead strength secured the event win and boosted her position in the standings.

Meanwhile, Olga Liashchuk continued her consistent performance by locking out a 190-pound (86.2-kilogram)dumbbell for one repetition. Angelica Jardine finished close behind with two reps at 180 pounds, which kept her within striking distance of the overall lead.

Event Three — Stone to Shoulder

Finally, day one concluded with the Stone to Shoulder event. The athletes were tasked with lifting a 260-pound (117-kilogram) stone from the ground to their shoulder as many times as possible within a two-minute time limit.

First, Angelica Jardine delivered the most dominant performance of the event. She completed seven repetitions, demonstrating impressive speed and technique while efficiently moving the heavy stone.

Next, Inez Carrasquillo and Olga Liashchuk each completed six repetitions. Carrasquillo secured second place after earning tiebreaker points for lifting the stone to her chest while attempting a seventh rep before time expired.

Meanwhile, several athletes struggled with the demanding implement. Lucy Underdown and Jennifer Lyle were unable to complete a repetition during the event.
