Event Notes:
Many of the events will resemble previous years’ challenges. However, the Titan’s Toss will be a new addition. Additionally, there will be three medleys in the qualifiers. These medleys will challenge athletes to demonstrate both strength and mobility.
Last year, the Deadlift Ladder and Stone-Off were key events. Furthermore, this year, the Deadlift event will be for reps, while the Stone Medley will include various weights, adding a different dynamic to the competition.
In addition, the 2024 competition, the battle for the title came down to two former champions. Ultimately, Tom Stoltman claimed his third title by defeating Mitchell Hooper, who had an impressive run over the last two years.
