The 2025 Vancouver Island Showdown Pro took place over the weekend in Victoria, BC, Canada. As a result, it served as an Olympia qualifier for three women’s divisions. Specifically, the competition featured Women’s Bodybuilding, Women’s Physique, and Wellness.

In Women’s Bodybuilding, Chelsea Dion delivered a commanding performance. Notably, this win earned her a coveted spot at the 2025 Olympia. For Dion, the victory marks a major step forward in her pro career.

Meanwhile, Barbara Menage stood out in Women’s Physique. With her polished physique and confident stage presence, she secured the top spot. As a result, she too will compete in Las Vegas this October.

Finally, Kassandra Gillis claimed victory in the Wellness division. After a strong showing, she walked away with her Olympia qualification. Looking ahead, all three champions now prepare for the sport’s biggest stage.

Chelsea Dion stood out in a small but competitive lineup. In fact, she was one of only four athletes in the division. Not surprisingly, she secured a unanimous win from the judges.

Previously, Dion had placed third at the 2025 Triple O Dynasty Pro. However, she appeared sharper and more conditioned at this event. As a result, the improvements were enough to earn her the top spot.

With this victory, Dion becomes the sixth woman to qualify for the 2025 Ms. Olympia. Clearly, this win adds momentum to her season. Now, she turns her focus to preparing for Las Vegas.

Maintaining peak condition across multiple shows is no easy task. Nevertheless, Gillis pulled it off with precision. Her ability to stay stage-ready has made her a standout in the division.

Because she was already Olympia-qualified, no new athlete earned a spot from this contest. Instead, Gillis denied her rivals the opportunity. Now, she heads to Las Vegas with two big wins behind her.
