Dustin Alvis captured the spotlight at the 2025 St. Pete Pro, topping a stacked lineup of 36 IFBB Pro League Men’s Physique athletes. Held in St. Petersburg, FL, the contest served as a qualifier for the 2025 Olympia, set for October 9–12 in Las Vegas. Alvis walked away with a perfect score and earned his ticket to the sport’s biggest stage.

Meanwhile, veteran Andre Ferguson settled for second. Though his conditioning held strong, the judges clearly favored Alvis’ complete package. Jacques Lewis, another rising contender, placed third — marking his second straight bronze in recent weeks.

Jack Sullivan served as head judge for the event. The top 10 showcased a mix of veterans and newcomers. Overall, the show delivered strong physiques, clean presentation, and set the tone for the final stretch of Olympia qualifications.

🔥 Top 3 Men’s Physique Athletes to Watch

🥇 Dustin Alvis 🇺🇸

Dustin Alvis entered the contest determined. This marked his third competition of the year, and he showed up sharper than ever. From the moment he stepped on stage, his balance and density stood out.

Then, as comparisons tightened, Alvis separated himself with superior conditioning and control. His transitions flowed smoothly, and his midsection remained tight throughout. The judges rewarded him with a perfect score in both rounds.

Finally, Alvis proved he belongs on the Olympia stage. He showed poise, polish, and peak form when it mattered most. This win firmly establishes him as a legitimate threat heading into Las Vegas.

🥈 Andre Ferguson 🇺🇸

Andre Ferguson has nothing left to prove. Still, he showed up at the St. Pete Pro looking for win number 23. Though he fell short, his second-place finish kept him in the Olympia hunt.

Next, Ferguson brought his usual clean lines and signature presentation. His muscle maturity still ranks among the best. However, Alvis had the edge in flow and sharpness, which tipped the scale in his favor.

Even so, Ferguson’s season isn’t over. He has until September 14 to qualify for his 10th Olympia appearance. At 40-plus, he remains a perennial contender and crowd favorite.

🥉 Jacques Lewis 🇺🇸

Jacques Lewis continues to build momentum. This third-place result follows another bronze medal at the Body Be 1 Classic Pro. Clearly, he’s finding his stride in 2025.

Importantly, Lewis looked crisp across the board. His upper body density and clean posing helped him stand out in a competitive lineup. He’s now firmly in the conversation for Olympia qualification.

Looking ahead, Lewis remains focused on returning to the Olympia for the first time since 2016. He has the structure, the experience, and the fire to get there. The season is far from over.
