The 2025 Poland’s Strongest Man contest unfolded on July 28 in Inowrocław, Poland. Next, the event gathered ten of the nation’s toughest competitors. Then, they faced six punishing events testing strength, speed, and endurance. Finally, Robert Cyrwus stood out, capturing gold with an impressive 51 points.

Moreover, the competition featured diverse challenges. These included the Sled Push, Frame Carry, Front Hold, Dumbbell Ladder, Deadlift, and Natural Stones. Each event demanded a unique blend of power and technique. Altogether, the contest was a fierce test of all-around strongman skill.

Furthermore, Cyrwus’s win was decisive. He led the field by 12 points over runner-up Łukasz Kieliszkowski. Meanwhile, the rest of the athletes battled closely behind. The crowd witnessed a thrilling display of Polish strength and grit.

Ultimately, this contest confirmed Cyrwus as one of Poland’s premier strongmen. His dominant performance left little doubt about his supremacy on home soil.

2025 Poland’s Strongest Man Results

Robert Cyrwus took first place with 51 points. Next, runner-up Łukasz Kieliszkowski earned 39 points. Then, Paweł Piskorz secured third place with 35 points. Meanwhile, Dawid Gryboś finished fourth, tallying 33 points. Bartek Bąbol rounded out the top five with 25 points.

Moreover, the remaining competitors fought for ranking points deep into the leaderboard. Kamil Wojtczyk, Rafał Sojc, and Krzysztof Kacnerski followed with 23, 22, and 20 points, respectively. Lastly, Karol Przybył and Krystian Klawikowski took 14 and 13 points.

Overall, the standings paint a clear picture: Cyrwus dominated, while a solid group of athletes clustered behind him in tight competition.

2025 Poland’s Strongest Man Event Results

Sled Push

The Sled Push tested speed and raw power. Next, athletes pushed a car 20 meters as fast as possible. Then, Robert Cyrwus led the charge, finishing in 17.08 seconds. Meanwhile, Dawid Gryboś and Łukasz Kieliszkowski closely followed with times of 18.04 and 18.19 seconds.

Furthermore, several competitors struggled to match the leaders. Kamil Wojtczyk and Rafał Sojc pushed just under 20 seconds. At the back, Karol Przybył and Krystian Klawikowski took over 23 seconds. Krzysztof Kacnerski covered only 10.2 meters before time expired.

Altogether, the event showed Cyrwus’s explosive speed and endurance. His quick pace gave him an early edge.

The Frame Carry demanded carrying 320 kilograms for 40 meters. Next, Cyrwus blitzed through with a time of 21.02 seconds. Meanwhile, Bartek Bąbol followed in 25.44 seconds. Dawid Gryboś was close behind at 26.11 seconds.

Furthermore, Łukasz Kieliszkowski, Kamil Wojtczyk, and Rafał Sojc covered shorter distances, showing varied results. Finally, the bottom three athletes managed less than 10 meters, struggling under the heavy load.

Overall, this event further demonstrated Cyrwus’s strength and speed advantage.

Front Hold

Athletes held a 28-kilogram weight in front of them for as long as possible. Next, Cyrwus excelled with a 43.26-second hold. Then, Paweł Piskorz and Krzysztof Kacnerski closely matched him with times just above 40 seconds.

Meanwhile, others showed varied endurance from 34 to 23 seconds. Finally, Rafał Sojc posted the shortest hold at 23.41 seconds.

This event highlighted core and shoulder stamina as key factors.

Dumbbell Ladder

Athletes lifted dumbbells weighing 80, 90, 100, and 110 kilograms sequentially. Next, Cyrwus completed three lifts in 22.01 seconds, securing first place. Then, Kieliszkowski also lifted three dumbbells but finished slower at 23.5 seconds.

Meanwhile, Krzysztof Kacnerski managed two lifts fastest in 13 seconds. Dawid Gryboś also completed two but took longer. Several athletes failed to lift any dumbbell.

This event tested explosive pressing power and speed.

Meanwhile, Cyrwus surprisingly managed only one stone. Several others took longer times or lifted fewer stones. Finally, Karol Przybył took 66 seconds to complete the stones.

This event tested speed and strength under extreme fatigue.
