Winner — Guilherme Gualberto
To begin, Gualbarto entered the contest following a runner-up finish to Vitor Chaves at the 2025 Musclecontest Nordeste Pro on April 12 in Recife, Brazil. He came in sharper and more muscular in San Diego.
Moreover, the judges unanimously selected him for the top spot, rewarding his improved conditioning and balanced physique. His presentation and stage presence further solidified his win.
Finally, if Gualbarto competes at the Olympia, it will be his second career appearance. He tied for 16th place in 2024.
Second Place — Zahid Sahak
First, this event marked Sahak’s season debut in 2025. He came in looking full and conditioned, challenging Gualbarto for the top spot.
Furthermore, the scorecards showed just a single point separating Sahak from Viudes, proving how close the competition was. His ability to maintain symmetry while improving muscular detail impressed the judges.
Lastly, despite not qualifying here, Sahak has until Sept. 14 to win a show and secure his Olympia ticket. He still seeks his first Olympia qualification since turning pro in 2023.
Third Place — Lucas Viudes
To start, Viudes delivered a much-improved performance compared to his 12th-place finish at the 2025 Musclecontest Brazil Pro on July 18–20. His conditioning and muscle fullness stood out under the stage lights.
Additionally, this marked his first top-three finish of the season. He previously won bronze at the 2024 Musclecontest Goiania Pro, which remains a highlight of his career.
Finally, although he has yet to claim a pro show victory, this result shows Viudes is moving in the right direction for future success.
