The 2025 Canada’s Strongest Man contest occurred on Aug. 24, 2025, in Saint-Pamphile, Quebec. Thirteen of Canada’s top strength athletes competed in six grueling events. Each event tested different aspects of strength, speed, and endurance.

Furthermore, fans gathered to watch these elite athletes battle for supremacy. The events included Max Log Lift, Frame Carry, Sandbag Toss, Car Deadlift, Truck Pull, and Atlas Stones. Points from all events determined the overall winner.

Importantly, Tristain Hoath delivered a commanding performance. He scored 74.5 of a possible 78 points, 12 points ahead of runner-up James Jeffers. This impressive margin left no doubt about his dominance.

Finally, the competition highlighted emerging talent. Gabriel Rhéaume and Larson Hehr showed strong performances across multiple events. The contest celebrated both seasoned competitors and rising stars.

Tristain Hoath dominated the Max Log Lift with 181 kg. He displayed perfect form and unmatched strength. His consistency kept him ahead early.

Secondly, six athletes tied at 170 kg, showing strong competition. They battled for the minor podium positions. Their lifts demonstrated depth in Canadian strength athletics.

Finally, several athletes failed to complete a lift. This highlighted the event’s difficulty. The challenge separated top competitors from the rest.

Hoath maintained dominance in the Frame Carry. He completed the course in 8.89 seconds.

Secondly, Boucher pushed hard, finishing just behind. Jeffers also held a strong position. Their results highlighted speed and endurance.

Finally, some athletes struggled with the weight. Their slower times emphasized the challenge of this event. The event tested both grip and balance.

Finally, some athletes struggled with traction and grip. Wesley Derwinsky had to withdraw, showing the difficulty of this grueling event. Hoath maintained enough points to secure overall victory.
