The 2025 Arnold Classic South America took place from April 4-6 in São Paulo, Brazil, as part of the Arnold Sports Festival. Over the course of the three-day event, various competitions were held. However, the Men’s Open bodybuilding contest stood out as the event’s main highlight.
Vitalii Ugolnikov, known as Good Vito, showcased his best-ever physique. As a result, he claimed the top spot. Notably, after finishing in the top three last year, Ugolnikov made significant improvements. Consequently, these adjustments helped him win and secure a spot at the 2025 Mr. Olympia.
Initially, Ugolnikov gained recognition in the IFBB Elite Pro League, where he spent much of his career. Then, in December 2021, he switched to the NPC with the goal of earning his Pro Card. This decision soon paid off when he dominated the Musclecontest Fit Pira in November 2022. Following that victory, he competed at nationals and triumphed once again in the Superheavyweight division.
Finally, the results from the show have now been officially released. Moreover, a complete breakdown and the official scorecard are available below through Colosseum Strength.
