Event 1 — Truck Pull
The first event of the 2024 Strongest Man in Netherlands was the Truck Pull. Furthermore, athletes had to pull a 16,000-kg (35,274-lb) vehicle for 25 meters within a 60-second time limit.

Event 2 — Log Press
The second event tested upper body strength with the Log Press. Moreover, athletes had three attempts to lift their one rep max, with a 60-second time cap for each attempt.

Event 3 — Carry & Sled Drag Medley
The third event featured a multi-part challenge. However, athletes first carried and loaded three implements—75 kg, 100 kg, and 140 kg—each for 10 meters. Furthermore, they then dragged a 315-kg sled for an additional 20 meters. The fastest time won.
In addition, Kevin Hazeleger and Kelvin de Ruiter were neck and neck in this event. However, Hazeleger narrowly edged out de Ruiter by 1.5 seconds. Also, his winning time of 39.34 seconds earned him his first event victory and marked the beginning of his winning streak.
