The 2024 Sheru Classic Mumbai Pro took place from December 20 to 22 in Mumbai, India, marking one of the last two shows of the 2024 bodybuilding season. Notably, the competition featured 2025 Olympia qualifiers for Classic Physique, Men’s Physique, Men’s Wheelchair, and Bikini divisions. As a result, the event provided athletes a final chance to secure their spots on bodybuilding’s grandest stage.
Four champions emerged victorious, earning their qualifications for the 2025 Olympia. Specifically, Anand Yadav claimed the Classic Physique title, while Manoj Patil triumphed in Men’s Physique. Additionally, Ravender Singh won the Men’s Wheelchair division, and Jil Meret Schmitz repeated as the Bikini champion. Now, all four athletes will prepare to represent their divisions at the 2025 Olympia.
Jil Meret Schmitz continued her dominance in the Bikini division with a stellar performance. Specifically, she defended her title at the Sheru Classic, winning the contest for the second consecutive year. Clearly, her consistent showing reaffirms her status as a top athlete in the division.
Previously, Schmitz competed at the 2023 Bikini Olympia, where she tied for 16th place. Despite that result, she came back stronger in 2024. Consequently, her win at the Sheru Classic signals a return to form and boosts her confidence heading into the next season.
Now, Schmitz has set her sights on the 2025 Olympia. Notably, her back-to-back victories at this event establish her as a serious contender. Ultimately, fans eagerly await her next moves as she prepares for bodybuilding’s biggest stage.
