The 2024 Rogue Invitational in Aberdeen, Scotland, marked a historic moment as it introduced strongwoman competition for the first time. To kick things off, the Deadlift Ladder event brought 10 athletes together, each aiming to establish a maximum deadlift. Notably, from the start, this event set a high bar for the competitors, pushing their strength and resilience to the forefront.

In addition, in the Deadlift Ladder, each competitor faced the challenge of delivering their best in only three attempts. As the lifts progressed, the athletes had to carefully strategize their attempts, knowing each one could make or break their standing.
