The 2024 Ben Weider Naturals Pro took place on Nov. 15-16, 2024, in Alexandria, Virginia. Without question, this event stands as the most prestigious natural bodybuilding competition on the IFBB Pro League calendar. With nine professional divisions featured, the show attracted wide attention. Interestingly, seven of those nine divisions awarded qualifications for the 2025 Olympia Weekend.

However, the Men’s Open and 212 contests were exceptions and did not grant Olympia qualifications. Even so, these divisions showcased incredible talent and drew enthusiastic crowds. For many competitors, this event marked a pivotal opportunity to gain recognition on the natural bodybuilding stage. Clearly, the stakes were high for all participants.

Importantly, the competition featured 94 professional athletes across the divisions. Among them were several newly minted pros. These athletes had earned their professional status earlier in the weekend by excelling in the amateur shows.

Ultimately, this blend of seasoned veterans and rising stars created a dynamic and competitive atmosphere. In addition, the event’s location just outside the nation’s capital added to its prominence. For the fans, the 2024 Ben Weider Naturals Pro was a weekend to remember.
