Embarking on a year-long series of 16 competitions, the Strongman Champions League creates a buzz around its grand finale. Finally, the moment arrives on November 17-18, as the 2023 Strongman Champions League World Finals unfold in Bosnia and Herzegovina’s capital. Featuring five events and spotlighting 12 standout athletes who’ve made their mark throughout the season, this championship event concludes with the undisputed crowning of Oskar Ziółkowski as the 2023 Strongman Champions League Champion.
Ziółkowski’s title was practically inevitable, given his stellar performances in all five events. Impressively, he never landed lower than fourth, consistently securing top-three finishes. This domination solidified his standing as the definitive champion of the 2023 Strongman Champions League.
In contrast, despite Aivars Šmaukstelis‘ strong showing throughout the 2023 SCL season, setbacks during the World Finals cost him the title. While securing a silver medal, it proved insufficient to surpass Ziółkowski’s commanding performance. The dramatic unfolding of events saw Kevin Hazeleger rounding out the podium in this fiercely contested competition.
