Event 1: Flintstone Barbell

The Flintstone Barbell event challenged athletes to lift a massive barbell overhead from blocks. This classic strongman test focuses on raw pressing power, grip strength, and shoulder stability. Competitors had multiple attempts to set their maximum lift.

Event 2: Max Axle Clean & Press

The Max Axle Clean & Press required athletes to clean a thick axle from the ground and press it overhead. The event emphasized total-body strength and technique, as the axle’s large diameter makes gripping significantly harder than a standard barbell.

Men’s competitors were tested on both their raw pressing strength and stamina. Lucas Hatton’s 210-kg lift reinforced his dominance, while Nick Guardione and Austin Hamm battled for the minor podium spots. Several athletes struggled to maintain form under fatigue.

Event 3: Sandbag Carry

Event 6: Loading Race
